Error in R.java file

Theres an error in my R.java file that says R has already been defined , however its under the only definition of R , how do I fix this?

Can you paste in the code from your MainActivity.java file? It sounds like there's possibly a problem with your import statements at the top, or perhaps something else is off in your "res" directory. Let's start by taking a look at the code.
