Error installing compass on OS X with Xcode

If your getting an error insatlling compass make sure to update your xcode using command line below.

$ xcode-select --install

Hi Dane,

I feel this thread is too vague as there can be many reasons why compass fails to install which aren't related to Xcode, I've updated the title to reflect this so it doesn't cause any confusion.
