Error Loading This Resource. I can not see any videos

Whenever I sign in and try to watch a video I am unable to view the video getting the error message "Error Loading this Resource"

I'm having this issue as of this morning: Chrome Version 60.0.3112.101. I get this error with any video whenever I pause a video and play again. I also get this error when I try to skip ahead in any video. The only way to get the video to play again is to start from the beginning.
