View view=new View(parent.getContext()) .inflate(R.layout.hourly_list_item ,parent , false);
I get this error:
Error:(26, 17) error: method inflate in class View cannot be applied to given types; required: Context,int,ViewGroup found: int,ViewGroup,boolean reason: actual argument int cannot be converted to Context by method invocation conversion

You should use
like this ```View view = LayoutInflater.from(viewGroup.getContext()).inflate(R.layout.hourly_list_item, viewGroup, false);
