ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved

A few months ago, I bought a domain/hosting from Web Hosting For Students. But occasionally, when I visited my site, I got this message and I'm unable to log in:

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://kassidycamara.com/wp-admin

The following error was encountered:

Connection to 000.000.000.000 Failed The system returned:

(110) Connection timed out The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

Generated Mon, 03 Nov 2014 15:12:38 GMT by localhost (Exinda)

So then I transferred my domain and hosting to Godaddy, thinking that would solve the issue, but it didn't.

But I recently discovered I only get the error message when I'm at school, connected to the university wifi. When I connect to my phone's personal hotspot, the site works fine. It also works fine when I'm at home.

This has been happening for about 3 months, before I even installed any plug-ins or made any edits to the site. Also, I can't access cpanel at school either. Is it a firewall issue?

Can anyone point me to the right direction?

One more thing, I just went to http://webhostingforstudents.com/ and the same message comes up.

Hi! I'm able to access both okay. You may want to try clearing your browser and/or local dns cache.

Hey Zac,

Thanks for quick response. So far, the error message only appears when I'm at school, connected to their wifi. I can access the site at home and on my phone just fine, so you may not be able to see the error.

I tried clearing the browser cache and I did the dns flush, but to no avail.

Unfortunately, there might be something that needs to be wiped at the school DNS cache as well. Do you have a tech support team you can ask?
