ERROR with npm install --save sqlite3 / macOS Catalina / gyp: No Xcode or CLT version [solution]

Running this in the terminal solved my problem:

xcode-select --install

After this, I retried installing sqlite3 

npm install --save sqlite3

And then I could 

npm start
