I'm getting this error pop up when I'm trying to install Rails...
My version for OS X is 10.8.2 if that helps..

39,199 PointsThat's a permissions error. The easiest way to fix it, is to run Repair Disk Permissions
on your hard drive.
- Open
Disk Utility
- Choose
Macintosh HD
- Click
Repair Disk Permissions
- Reboot Your Mac
