E-shots / Email campaigns - Reporting

Hi guys,

As it stands the company I do e-shots for does not use any reporting tools (to track CTR, opens, bounces etc).

Are there any popular choices? I've come across mailchimp as one option but would prefer to load in a list each time I wanted to do an e-shot rather than having a global list.

Just seeing if anybody has any suggestions on what tools to use for campaign reporting?
