Establishing Web application costs

I'm trying to figure out the costs for a python web application

But I'm not talking about the development. I'm referring to hosting costs, bandwidth costs, loadbalancers, stuff like that.

How can I estimate the cost per user if the development isn't finished in order to include it in a Business Plan?

I realize it's a complex question, but I'd really like if someone could point me out in the right direction.

Hi Martin Jordan,

Many hosting companies provide an estimated pricing plans. Check Heroku's as an example.
