Even after checking my code and restarting my project I still see only: "Cannot GET /"

I've checked my code character by character and restarted my project... I don't know what else I can try...

I restarted babun and ran it and it worked. I guess Ctrl+C isn't enough. I also tried Ctrl+Z to no avail.
