it accepts:

using System;

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Program
    {
        static void Main()
        {
            int a=0;
            Console.Write("Enter the number of times to print \"Yay!\": ");
            try
            {
                int n= int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
                if(n<0){
                    Console.Write("You must enter a positive number.");
                }
                while(a<n)
                {
                 Console.WriteLine("Yay");
                 a=a+1;
                }
            }
            catch(FormatException)
            {
                Console.Write("You must enter a whole number.");
            }
            //Console.Write(a);

        }
    }
