"Exhausted available authentication options"

I cant get my site to connect with cyber duck. I get "Exhausted available authentication options" every time. I've done it over and over again exactly like the lesson suggests step by step. Entering all the info it ask exactly like the lesson said. I enter my username and password I got from webhostingforstudents but keep getting the same message "Exhausted available authentication options" on Cyber Duck. Any suggestions to what might be the problem or what I'm doing wrong?

Sounds like you tried too many times and your ip was probably restricted

This happened from the first time I did it. That was a week ago and I still get that same error message. Any other possible suggestions?

I've attempted everything possible including submitting two tickets to webhostingforstudents who is my host, but they aren't being very helpful at all. I'm not going to give up but would appreciate any new ideas of what I could do. There isn't an answer for this anywhere on the internet at all. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated. How do I contact my IP by the way?

Submitting the tickets should be enough to get in contact with them. Hope everything gets resolved!
