CSS CSS Basics (2014) Enhancing the Design With CSS Text Shadows

Extended Shadow Functionality

This may be addressed in a later and more advanced course, but I was curious as to whether it is a possibility to use shadow functionality beyond text? For example, there is a down arrow in the heading (a .SVG file), can shadows be cast on other objects such as images/scalable vector graphics for added 3D depth?

Thanks and best, Kyle

Kyle,

This will be addressed later on in the CSS videos after a couple basic courses of the shadow functionality! :) You'll be able to add shadow functionality towards images!
