8,785 PointsExternal Code loading older Jquery and is causing conflict
I have a set of financial tools that load from an external source into a specifically named div. The issue i'm running into is that they also loads jquery 1.7 while my joomla site is running jquery 1.11. I've got conflicts that i can't seem to resolve. Is there a way that I can isolate this tool's code block that there are no longer any conflicts and without using an iframe. I've got one of them in an iframe as a temporary solution it's just not responsive.

243,656 PointsCan you make a local copy, edit out the JQuery link, and use that? But there still may be compatibility issues if it depends on features of the old version that have changed.
You may also want to look into the JQuery migration plug-in.
