Hey.. you have made a few Mistakes..:

Here is the Code you are looking for:

 class Student{  // Classes should be named in Capital Letters!
    public function display(){
        return "hello";  // Let the method return something
    }
 }

 $p = new Student;
 $show = $p->display(); // Call the Method and assign the return value to "$show"
 echo $show;

Hello,

You need to change this:

 $show = $p->cs();

by

 $show = $p->$cs();
