Fatal error when compiling.

I get this error: "fatal error: unexpectedly found nil while unwrapping an Optional value"

Also on the previous video, he didn't have a ! bang to unwrap, but it forced me to put it. But no where in his code or videos did he have it, so I'm just still a little confused with this line here:
