fatal exception: main (avd)

Before it shows error, I tried to edit androidmanifest.xml but I couldnot save. the save button didn't work.

I didn't any changes on java codes just layout etc.

Edit: I changed everything as Ben's default app but it didn't help. And searched stackoverflow, very common error but the whole solution that I found couldn't help me.

Should I re-install the eclipse ? thought maybe I lost some important files.
