Feature Request: "Workspaces" topic added to the Forum...

I would like the topic of "Workspaces" added to the Forum. Currently I choose "General Discussion" when I'm discussing Workspaces, which it certainly is not. A dedicated "Workspaces" topic would help to strengthen the conversation around building out and improving an already good text editor. :-)

Hey Richard, I think Workspaces would fall into the Development Tools topic. Having too many topics might confuse things, so I'm sure that's why they've narrowed it down to the way it is currently. Maybe in the future, as Treehouse grows, they'll have a section dedicated to development tools specifically made by Treehouse. :smiley:

ok Dustin Matlock, i'll put them in the Development Tools topic for now. I think the difference is that all of the topics currently available are related to course subjects, and workspaces is actually a treehouse product. I assume that treehouse is planning on making workspaces a full fledged and robust text editor in the near future, so developing a section of the forum dedicated to treehouse products will be a prudent idea soon :-)

I would assume it will stay a teaching tool as Treehouse is focused on the education market.

Most questions about Workspaces belong attached to the course content they are related to. If you have an issue / feature request for Workspaces in general it goes in the same place all questions about how a Treehouse features work in the general category.
