Files not downloading to Workspace

Workspace will not download my image files! I've tried drag and drop, the old-fashioned upload from 'file', and created a new folder, which I've been told has worked in the past. None of these methods were successful. I can't continue with the Front-End Web Design track until I get these files into Workspace. Help?
