Well, to be totally frank. Financial planning is a bit of a misnomer. You might think of it more as financial benchmarking. You can't predict the future, you can't predict how many clients you will actually get. But, you can predict your capacity, how many clients you are able to handle for a given year, how much they will be charged, and what the cost of your resources will likely be given that scenario. Additionally, you'll want to make a few assumptions (targets) about growth year over year. After that, it is just as simple as setting up an excel sheet with some addition and subtraction. I wouldn't worry too much about amortization of assets depreciation and junk. Keep it simple, investors don't typically like to think beyond the bottom line.

Thanks for coming back to me , i wanted to know how can i predict future cash flows, asset values and withdrawal plans and be realistic at the same time so that investors take an interest in my business ?
