Find a template for a business directory

Hello,

I have been looking for some time for a WordPress business directory theme which will allow me to use an existing theme with the following functions:

  1. Import listings from a .CSV file containing the business name, URL, local address
  2. Let a listing owner upgrade their existing listing to a paid listing which gives them higher positioning within a certain search criteria for example city location
  3. Ability to create friendly URLs and to compile them out to a sitemap.xml file
  4. Banner rotation to be able to rotate ads in specific locations on the page, with external links
  5. Upload 3 large images which stretch to fill the top section of the home page (as much of the screen on the device whether mobile or desktop) and have them rotate or fade into each other.

If anyone could help me assemble this I would greatly appreciate it ... or how to build it on my own using the Treehouse lessons or plug-ins.

I have tried this; however, it is very hard to set up: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/wordpress-directory/ Is there anyone out there who is expert at this directory?

Or ... do people in general recommend a completely different platform, for example such as a non-WordPress directory?
