Finding an uninstalled plugin

Hey guys! How y'all doing?

Long story short... we run a lot of WP sites for our clients, and have found a previous client has been going through and copying - exactly - the site, either downloading the backup from the plugin BackupBuddy, or by installing a plugin that will migrate everythign to another server.

Is there a way (in the cache or something) that we could see what plugins have been installed and then uninstalled?
