Finding the length with SQL reporting

SELECT title, (LENGTH)title AS longest_length FROM books ORDER BY length desc LIMIT 1;

Trying to find the title and length of the title of a book in a database.

Tried a few variations of the above code, but now I'm stuck. Thanks!
