iOS Development Techdegree Student 3,851 PointsFinished a swift courses with version 2.0, instead of version 3.0. Will I have to retake the same course?
Ios Swift courses with version 2.0, is still available, soon to retired around January 2017, which will be replace with the latest swift version 3.0.
But rather choosing the latest version, which is the 3.0, I finished some courses with swift 2.0 (I just didn't notice the link to the latest version). Will it affect my track and achievements? do I have to retake the same swift course but with the latest version?
And when I finished the course with the latest swift version, It doesn't appear on the IOS track. The track still recommends me to finish the older swift version.

25,909 PointsHi Eli, I recommend you finish your Swift 2 track first as the basics remain the same in Swift 3. Then, try to create playgrounds and experiment with the new features and changes in Swift 3. I think you could learn faster by reading Swift's changelog as you should already be familiar with the basics of Swift.
I believe that there are two Swift Tracks on Treehouse. One for Swift 2 & one for Swift 3.
