I have finished a track wherein I took the CSS Foundations1 deep dive. Now when I move to the Front-end development track I still have to take CSS Basics. Is there any way around that?

However, you can always just go through the Library and select each of the courses which follow in the track and complete them, they just won't show as "unlocked" on the track's page (even as they show as being completed, they will still be grayed out).
Personally, I don't worry about it, because people of all skill levels utilize Treehouse. Between people who work on multiple tracks, and people who start out with a good knowledge of certain basics, I can't imagine it is uncommon for people to skip past courses which review topics they don't currently need to review.
I'm doing the same as you with finishing Web Design and moving into Front End Web Development, and I'll be skipping CSS Basics, at least until I'm due for some CSS review.
