Firefox not showing code challenge questions/instructions.

Has anyone else came across this Firefox issue?

I'm at work and when I attempt to do a code challenge the browser wont show me the code challenge question (so I have no idea what to type) or instructions.

Browser: FireFox Version: 41.0.2

The challenges work fine at home so it's not a huge deal breaker. Also, Firefox is the only browser I can use at work. So I assume it's a setting issue. The browser wasn't configured and everything "should" be at default. Which is why it's puzzling that it's not working.

Here is a screen capture of what it looks like on my side:

This code challenge was completed already but just used it as an example since I was attempting to help someone else in the community. Notice there isn't any instructions on what actions to perform do.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Brian

Have you tried clearing browser cache or going icognito mode?

Just tried, but no success. Thanks for the suggestion!

Brian Hankins wow, weird! I just tested this on a Mac and couldn't reproduce it (I'll be able to test it on a Windows PC this afternoon). What OS are you using?

I'm curious if your place of work has some restrictions in place that is causing the issue and that it's not actually associated with Firefox itself.

The OS is Windows 7 Enterprise. It's very possible that it could be the restrictions at work. I work in government on an Army installation. Having come from an IT background, this is just confusing how they block out just that particular aspect.

I do know that portion of the page tends to stay static if you scroll down, correct? So no matter what you will always see the question/instructions on the page. (I assume that was done in JavaScript but possibly I'm wrong). Thought maybe this was potentially the issue.

But working for the government, it's come to expect that half of the websites you visit will not work!

Hi Brian,

I used both Mac and Windows machines with Firefox, and just like Rob, I couldn't reproduce this error. http://i.imgur.com/CX5OUN8.png

I guess you can always use a proxy setup? ;)
