Firefox on Mac not working

I am using the Firefox developer edition, but since today I can not open https sites I only get 'Secure connection failed', I tried reseting firefox but the problem is still the same.

try installing this extension:

https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere

After I rebooted my mac serveral times it finally worked without this plug-in. Thanks anyway;
