Firefox page OK, but Chrome page is wrecked

My windows 10 updated yesterday and now only the initial page displays in Chrome, the nav doesn't work, and the formatting is all goofy. But, in Firefox the nav works, the formatting is good.... what could have gone haywire with Chrome?

I checked Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, too, and they are just like Chrome. The site works only on Firefox. Where do I begin to find the source of this problem?

Well, I noodled with it for a couple of hours and managed to finally break the Firefox one, too. I'll start over and see if I can get past it this time.
