Flask vs Rails

Just after people's thoughts on Flask vs Rails. Which is preferable for Web Apps? Or is there no comparison?

Well do you want to work in Ruby or Python? That would be the first thing I would decide and that will make your decision for you. Both will work great for most projects and will mostly come down to personal preferences.

I'm sure there are cases where one might be favored over another for other some extremely specific cases but for the most part what can be done in one can be done in the other.
