flexbox - practical use

Hi guys, can you tell me for what purpose do programmers use flexbox. for navigations, for full pages or etc?

i actually use flexbox for almost everything! from very little simple things like centering something inside something else that i might think of controlling it is tricky, to full page layout . flexbox is (almost) the fastest and probably easiest way to build structures; it's also very responsive friendly and that's a huge benefit.
