For OSX Yosemite users w/trouble installing AndroidStudio - a link!

This is not a question but a solution for those having trouble installing Android Studio on OS X Yosemite.

I was having the following trouble:

  1. Could not verify - had to go into security settings and change the allowances to allow downloads from anywhere.

  2. Unable to find JVM - tried doing this all through Oracle, installed the JVM and JDK but still did not work, ended up using this link:

http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

to install a java package directly from apple that was acceptable to Android Studio. It works fine now! Hope this saves others some time on Google!

Same problem. Cannot install due to unverified developer.
