FOREIGN KEY CONSTRAINT IN SQL LITE

To add foreign key constraint in SQL Lite do you add REFERENCE table name (ID)?

Now recreate the MEMBERS table with the new FAVORITE_ROCK_ID column, and make sure it has a foreign key constraint to the ID column of the ROCKS table. The columns should now be: ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, and FAVORITE_ROCK_ID.

CREATE TABLE MEMBERS ( ID INT PRIMARY KEY, FRIST_NAME VARCHAR(255), LAST_NAME VARCHAR(255), FAVORITE_ROCK_ID REFERENCE ROCKS(ID) );

BUMMER; Don't forget to add a foreign key constraint to the FAVORITE_ROCK_ID column.

You're really close, you just have a couple of typo's:

  • "FRIST_NAME" instead of "FIRST_NAME"
  • "REFERENCE" instead of "REFERENCES"
