Format is incorrect?

I keep receiving the error message that the format is incorrect for this code. Any idea why that is?

phone_number.rb 
class PhoneNumber
  attr_reader :kind, :number

  def to_s
    "#{kind}:, " ", #{number}"
  end

  def initialize(kind, number)
    @kind = kind
    @number = number
  end
