Forum post question is displayed as having 0 answers

Hello,

I answered a forum post question and the asker seemed to be satisfied with the answer I provided. However, after several hours, the question still is displayed as having 0 answers -- is this a known bug or does it take some time to update?

Hi Michael.

There are 2 types of response to a forum.

You can either answer a question or a discussion post like I'm doing with this post, or you can add a comment.

If you want to add an answer or start a new branch in a thread you should click "answer" question.

Or if you just want to make a comment that you don't want to be counted as an "answer" you can click "add comment"
