If you don't want to pay ~$10/month for hosting, Github allows for free hosting for front end websites that do not use more than HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. So all you will have to do is pay ~$10/year for your domain.

For domains I would wait for coupon codes. You can get domains for 5 dollar for the year, but if they expire 200 + domain cost.
digital ocean is 5 dollars a month. If you plan to do a startup
You also deploy apps on heroku for example apps.
