I am looking for reference books, preferably printable online for the above listed languages. Does anybody know where I can easily obtain those?

I have to ask, though; why do you need to be able to print it?

2,010 PointsPinterest has some nice printable reference sheets -- although probably not entire books. I think they're great for helping to remember things because of the visuals.
Aslo refcardsz.com has excellent printable programming reference card sheets for people who love a great visual presentation.
