Friends List Error

I am doing the Build a self-destructing android app and I reached stage 4.I can send the sign up details to my parse account but when I try to retrieve them the app crashes. I downloaded the project from the downloads section( to compare it with mine ) and I changed the Application ID and Client Key.What else should I do to retrieve the data?

Unfortunately ,Ribbit has stopped.The app only crashes when I click on the Edit Friends drop menu. The LogCat error is PID 3844 NullPointerException
