Hi there,
Can someone please help me with this one? Not sure how to go about it.
## Examples
# to_string(datetime_object) => "24 September 2012"
# from_string("09/24/12 18:30", "%m/%d/%y %H:%M") => datetime
import datetime
def to_string(datetime1):
return datetime1.strftime('%d %B %Y')
def from_string(date_string, format_string)
format_string = '%m/%d/%y %H:%M'
return datetime.datetime.strptime(date_string, format_string)

Treehouse Moderator 68,423 PointsYou are very close! There is a colon missing from the end of the function definition for from_string. Also, don't redefine format_string. Instead, simply use the argument directly as passed in.
