FTP servers through BlueHost

I am using Bluehost for a server for a website I've been working on. However I can't get Cyberduck nor Dreamweaver to connect to the server. I put in the username and password correctly that I have for the server but I'm having issues? Is there anything I can try and troubleshoot? anyone else ever use bluehost and be able to help me out?

I used cyberduck with bluehost ftp about a year ago. What issues are you having? I mean if there is an error message, could you copy and paste it here?
