ftp software for a mac?

I finally decided to get a macbook pro, can any of you mac users out there recommend a good ftp software ? or any other mac program I may need while doing the tracks on this site.

IMO a good free FTP client is Cyberduck. And for a paid FTP client I use Transmit. I like both of them and have been using them for many years.
