Full Stack Developer and Treehouse

If I wanted to make it a priority to become a Full Stack Developer, can Treehouse teach me all of the front end and back end technologies to reach that goal?

Yes, absolutely. Just follow each step in Front End Development Track if you really understand fully and then Back-End Development via PHP or Ruby on Rail.

Also test your skills on own project or create portfolio. :)
