First off, I wouldn't call this a "Full Stack" developer track. That generally implies a developer has a handle on both front-end (client side technologies such as HTML, CSS, & JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, MySQL, etc.) technologies. This track focuses almost entirely on front-end languages and skills.
As far as your competency level at the end of the track, I'd say that it depends entirely on your motivation during the course. The skills taught range from beginner to intermediate. However, if you spend a little bit more time on the introduced skills and practice more on your own you'd certainly start to approach expert levels -- in HTML and CSS especially.

29,725 PointsHad a good amount of self-taught HTML/CSS skills before Treehouse, but these courses (including the front-end dev track) helped fill in gaps in my foundational knowledge as well as expand to some concepts I wasn't familiar with. My portfolio now is thanks in large part to Treehouse, but includes some skills I learned beforehand and even more I picked up afterwards that would have been less likely or harder to grasp without the solid foundation provided by Treehouse courses.
