Function task

Hi Im struggling with this task, im not sure I understand the question fully

Write a function named printer. The function should take a single argument, count, and should print "Hi " as many times as the count argument. Remember, you can multiply a string by an integer. Bummer! Didn't find the right number of "Hi"s.

printer.py
def printer(arg):
    count = 1
    print("Hi " * count)

Hey Sean, you're close! The question is asking for a function that takes an argument called 'count' and then you need to use that 'count' argument within your function, instead of creating your own count variable as you have done. So something more along these lines...

def printer(count):
    print("Hi" * count)
