Cant figure out why this seems so hard dont you just use else How do you chain multiple if statements?

if ( i < 0 ){ printf("negative") } ______( i > 0 ) { printf("positive"); } ______{ printf("zero"); }

you would need to use else if

if ( i < 0 ){ 

printf("negative") 

} else if ( i > 0 ) {

 printf("positive");

 } else { 

printf("zero"); 

}

been away from treehouse for too long, forgot you had to submit both lines before checking answer... duh
