You want to print out the string "Hi " times the number of "count" argument passed to the function. With Python you can multiply a string by an integer and it will repeat that string that many times. So you'd want something like

def printer(count):
    print("Hi " * count)

so "Hi " * 5, would return "Hi Hi Hi Hi Hi "
