Funfact project in offline mode

I imported the Funfact project , tried to run it but keep getting error unresolved dependencies detected while building project in the offline mode. Please disable offline mode and try again

Error:No cached version listing for com.android.tools.build:gradle:0.12.+ available for offline mode. i have tried all the suggestion made to similar error on the forum and stackover flow but the problem still persist.
