It would be pretty cool if you guys at TreeHouse could make a very small explainer/informative course where you explain a little more in depth the programming languages available and their uses.
Myself and others have been having a hard time deciding which programming language learn according to our needs. I.E. what programming language would be best suited for web apps, for desktops, for artificial intelligence development, drones and robotics, etcetera, as well as what you can do in actual examples with Python, Ruby, Java, etcetera.
I know some of these languages wont be offered here but just a small explainer would help clear the way for us as beginners on what path to follow and on which programming language put our focus.

Treehouse Moderator 91,254 PointsHi there
This sounds like a good idea for a Digital Literacy course.
Have a look at this thread here on the forums for details on how to request this on one of the money Trello boards and hopefully we can get this on the roadmap for Treehouse Content. https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/digital-literacy-roadmap-on-trello-request-and-vote
I'll tag Joy Kesten into this post too. :)
