Gem install error

Hi everyone I get following error when I run the "gem install sqlite3" or "gem install bundler" command.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>gem install sqlite3 ERROR: While executing gem ... (URI::InvalidURIErr bad URI(is not URI?): http://<PROXYSERVER>:8080

Can you help me to fix this?

Found the answer. Advanced system settings -> advanced -> environment variables -> removed the "http_proxy" from variable list
