Gem won't bundle

I am having problems with loading the gem. https://gist.github.com/dennisle/4cff72dba8c7d021cc0e

This is how I typed it in.

I am suppose to load 

group :development, :test do
  gem 'rspec-rails', '~> 2.0'
end

group :test do
  gem 'capybara', '~> 2.1.0'
end
