Generate a Rails Application

Hey guys, I'm stuck on the video generate a rails application. I made a directory called project, and inside that directory I made a file named Railsgirls. Then I typed in rails server and went to the webpage "You are now riding on rails"...

I get lost at about 2:30 seconds in. When he opens the Treebook directory in finder. Are directories created in the rails command prompt not transferred to explorer for windows? I'm just seriously lost. Can anyone tell me what do next on windows? I've paused the rails server and then he opens sublime text and..

I open sublime text on my computer and don't know what to do from there

Open Sublime Text, go to File -> Open Folder...

Then navigate to your Projects directory and open the folder called railsgirls
